Domestic Enrolment: Register for Your Course

This enrolment page is for domestic students meeting the following criteria:

  • Your status in Canada is one of these four: Canadian citizen, Canadian permanent resident, protected person or refugee claimant. The form asks you to confirm which one.
  • You are applying for a Grade 9, 10, 11 or 12 credit course in the 2026 to 2027 school year.

If your status in Canada is not one of those four, use the international registration page instead. That includes students in Canada on a temporary status, such as a study permit or a visitor record, and foreign nationals living outside Canada.

Everything below explains the form, one step at a time. The four grade links are at the foot of this page.

Step by step

1Open the link for your gradeThe four registration links are at the foot of this page. There is one for Grade 9, one for Grade 10, one for Grade 11 and one for Grade 12. Open the one for the grade you are entering.
2Select your registration fee optionTwo fee options are offered. Both are explained below. Read them before you pick one.
3Fill in your detailsYour name, date of birth, email address, telephone number and home address, and your Ontario Education Number if you already have one. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian details are asked for as well.
4Upload your documentsProof of identity and age, and your most recent report card or official transcript. You may add other documents if you have them.
5Choose your course, your session and your formatThese three answers decide the seat the school holds for you. Read the next section before you choose.
6Pay, then check your emailPayment is by card at the end of the form. Your place is not held until the payment goes through. A confirmation email arrives straight away. Look in your junk or spam folder as well, and add the school address to your safe senders list.

The sessions are clearly marked with course dates on the links and those are your course dates

Every registration link is for a related session.

You may apply for any session or the intake window. Your real start and finish dates come from the session you choose.

Choose your course, session and format carefully

Near the end of the form you are asked two questions. Take your time over them, because seat availability and course choice both depend on your answers.

1. Your course

You give your current grade level, your main subject area, and the course code, course name and grade level you want. Check the course code on the course page before you type it in.

2. Your format

  • Every course runs online in every session. Online means 100% online and asynchronous, with no set class times.
  • In person, a selection of courses runs each session, currently all English, Mathematics and Computer Studies courses. You are shown which courses those are, and the seats remaining, while you fill in the form. In person means supervised on-site study of the same asynchronous online course at the Vaughan campus.

Seats are limited, and course choice depends on the session and the format you pick. A course may be full in person for one session and open in the next. If your first choice is not available, pick another session, or choose the online format for the same course. Apply as early as you can, particularly for an in person place.

What happens after you pay

  • A confirmation email reaches you straight away with a copy of what you sent.
  • The admission assessment team reviews your application and your documents.
  • You then hear one of three things: an offer together with your final invoice, a request for a missing document or a condition to clear first, or a letter telling you the application was not accepted.
  • Once your file is complete you move to the pre-enrolment stage, and after that your learning portal access is switched on.

Every stage is set out in full on the How to enrol page. If you are unsure which link, fee option, session or format to choose, contact the school before you pay. The telephone number and answering hours are on that page.
